Delivery charges are £29+VAT for all orders under £350+VAT or free for all orders over £350+VAT.
Delivery Locations & Delivery Surcharges:
Delivery charges apply to all UK mainland locations except for deliveries north of Glasgow and Edinburgh and Devon & Cornwall, which may incur a delivery surcharge. Our office will contact you on receipt of your order if this applies, or you can contact our office in advance of placing your order to discuss the delivery price. For Ireland, the Islands, and for overseas deliveries, contact our office for a delivery price.
Delivery times are stated at the product description stage for each product and are also shown on the order acknowledgement and invoice. The delivery times are stated either in weeks or working days. We always aim to deliver in the time frame stated but we cannot guarantee this as delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors, and all products are subject to availability. ‘ukhealthcarechairs.co.uk’ shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer as a result of any delay in delivery of the goods. Delivery will be either by postal package (for small orders such as sample chair orders), palletised delivery, or by van delivery. Pallet and van deliveries will arrive between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (unless otherwise arranged with our office), and are made to ground floor pavement level only (unless otherwise arranged with our office). ((If arranged with our office in advance, ‘UK Healthcare Chairs' and our contracted deliverers will assist the customer taking the order into the appropriate room in the premises. ‘UK Healthcare Chairs' / the contractor will not accept liability for damage both to the delivered product and the customer’s property (including all types of fixtures, fittings, and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with such a request. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action and any consequent damage must fall under the customer’s insurance.)) For pallet deliveries the customer will have to unwrap the goods and dispose of the wrapping and pallet(s). Pallet and van deliveries will contact you in advance to ensure you will be able to receive the delivery. Failed deliveries may incur extra charges.
A signed delivery note constitutes delivery of goods. Please check that the items received correspond to the delivery note before signing. Delivery notes marked ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted should goods be missing or damaged.
Orders with several order line items may be delivered on multiple dates depending on the items ordered and which warehouse they are being dispatched from. Not all products will automatically be sent together.
Missing Or Damaged Deliveries:
In the unlikely event that there are missing or damaged items, these must be noted on the delivery note, and a full description put in writing to email@example.com
or by post, within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will also require pictures of any damage, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will then endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
